Nudsupang Puthaikul


Nudsupang Puthaikul is a rising artist from Chiang Rai. She was raised in the old northern values rooted in Lanna culture, which has formed her identity and interests. She is currently a guest lecturer at Chiang Mai University.

Puthaikul received a Master of Fine Arts from Silpakorn University, studying under one of Thailand’s leading artists, Sakarin Krue-on. Under Krue-on, Puthaikul discovered a new way to express her interest in local Lanna culture to wider audiences. Her work stands out due to its contemporary approach in expressing traditional roots.

Nudsupang Puthaikul has exhibited widely, including the 64th National Exhibition of Art (2018), Asiatopia International Performance Art Festival , Bangkok Art and Culture Centre (2017), and LookYoung, Bangkok Art and Culture Centre (2016) and the 33rd Exhibition of Contemporary Art by Young Artists (2016)
